Items that have a freight charge like Rugs and Furniture require additional shipping.

Please Note: At this time, we do not ship any orders outside the United States.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times do vary but most products as noted ship within 1-2 days. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Ground shipping time is 2-5 days.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it.

Please return items within 10 days of receipt in new and unused condition with the manufacture tag attached. Shipping costs associated with free or discounted shipping will apply to returned items.  

Please contact us to discuss your custom designed or freight shipment if it is damaged or did not meet your expectations. Note: Furniture and Rugs returned may be subject to manufacturing restocking fees.
